Chris Knighton

With over 15 years of international Real Estate experience as a Broker, owner and trusted advisor, Chris has a Real Estate background that has garnered him the title of an Expert Real Estate Advisor across all facets of the industry. And his clients truly value his unbiased opinions and willingness to put their needs first with a focus on helping them make the best decision possible based on their individual needs.

Originally from Stoney Creek, Ontario, Chris graduated with Honours from Brock with a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance 2005. After his post-secondary education, Chris relocated to Houston, TX where he would start his own Real Estate Brokerage, NSR Brokerage and several investment firms and partnerships and see what most people would call great success in terms of transactions and building a diverse portfolio of investment properties from single family homes to retail shopping centers, to industrial-flex properties.

However, his greatest achievements seem to come from helping individuals and families with their most important assets – their home. Chris began to fall in love with the process of helping people fulfill their dreams of home ownership and the privilege of selling their homes when the time came.

After welcoming their daughter, Sienna, in 2012, Chris and Lisa felt that it would be best for their growing family to move back to Canada to their hometown of Stoney Creek, where they now reside in the Fifty Point Community. In 2015, Chris joined Keller Williams Canada and his clients immediately began to notice his honest, client-first approach, and along with his hard work which helped him become the number one agent in the area.

Honest, integrity and attention to his client’s needs has helped Chris build lifelong relationships with the individuals and families that he works with, and his high-quality of service along with exceptional marketing and results have made him the consummate professional that Buyers and Sellers can count on with the Real Estate needs.

Today, Knighton Real Estate Advisors continues to rank itself among the top 1% of teams in Canada year over year. In December 2023, the team joined forces with eXp Realty Canada. “Helping others is my passion, and guiding people through one of their largest decisions – whether selling or buying their home – is an honour and a privilege. I love what I do.” Chris also plays Senior AAA Hockey for the Stoney Creek Generals of the ACHL. He and his wife, Lisa have two children, Sienna and Mathew.
